How to Reset or Change Your Password

If you need to reset or change your password on BidBoxPro, there are two straightforward methods to do so:

Method 1: Resetting Your Password from the Login Page #

1.) Navigate to the BidBoxPro login page.

2.) Below the password field, click on the “Forgot password?” link.

3.) You will be prompted to enter your registered email address.

 

4.) After submitting your email, follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

Method 2: Changing Your Password from the Dashboard #

1.) Once you’re logged in, locate your profile icon at the top right corner of the dashboard.

2.) Click on the icon and select ‘Settings’ from the dropdown menu.

3.) In the settings menu, click on the ‘Security’ tab on the left sidebar.

4.) Under the ‘Change your password’ section, you’ll see fields to enter your current and new passwords.

5.) Fill in the required fields with the appropriate passwords. Remember, your new password must be at least eight (8) characters and include a combination of numbers, letters, and special characters.

6.) Click the ‘Change Password’ button to confirm the update.

 

Tips for a Strong Password: #

  • Complexity: Combine letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Unpredictability: Avoid using easily guessed passwords like “password123”.
  • Uniqueness: Use a different password for every account you have.

  • Regular Prompts for Password Changes: You can be reminded to change your password every six (6) months to help prevent unauthorized access.
